HI GUYS, LONG TIME NO SEE. BEEN BUSY EXPANDING SALON. BUT I NEED YOUR HELP AGAIN.
I'M LOOKING TO GET A NEW FRONT DESK COUNTER, WITH SOME STYLE, AND NOT TO EXPENSIVE. I KNOW I'M ASKING ALOT, BUT YOU GUYS HAVE PULLED THROUGH FOR ME SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE CONFIDENCE YOU GUYS WILL AGAIN. |

Is your counter going to be built in? If its built in, I'd go with tile, or glass block. It isn't cheap but it will last for a long time and can be customized to suit your needs. For your countertops you could also try a builder's surplus auction for a good deal on granite, marble, silestone, or corian.

check with local contracters in your area I have a half octagon all marble with three show cases one in front and one on both short sides lights and lots of storage behind also the behind sets a little higher than floor level love it and materials and build out was about $600.00 for a long lasting counter Iget tones of compliments on it (I don't know what cheep is for you though but at the prices for not good quality was about the same when looking at pre made )
