PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR? CLIENT COMPLAINING!

I provide eyewear for all my clients as well as having eyewear for sale. I have one client that insists that what I am offering does not offer any protection whatsoever! Nothing available on the market now meets her needs! What should I do?

All the eyeprotection provides the paperwork for the FDA approvals - no?

I only provide PEEPERS which state :

If she is really still unhappy - take one smelly tennis ball, cut it in half. Provide BOTH halves to the client with instructions to place one each on each eyeball. If you are a 'SMART' salon owner - you will write the name of your SALON on each side and tell her they are your Private Label 'EYE BALLS'

If your Smart Tan certified and you use EYE BALLS make sure you have the parental consent in place.

I knew a kid in highschool that could turn his eyelids inside out ~ ~ I thought it was a pretty useless Trick at the time...

But sh*t - I wish Neon could do it ~ and explain that HE never ever had a problem with his Peepers (while his lids were turned inside out)..... I would p*ss the floor!!
