Preferred Leasing Questions

Does/has anyone done business with a company called Preferred Leasing? I have been getting a rash of phone calls from this guy named Jeff from their. He starts out his speach by saying that he sees that we had a lease or have a lease with a company that they use as an underwriter. Would I like anymore leases? After talking for a while he says that we were actually referred to his company by the leasing company that we use to do business with, in case it was Bankers Leasing. I called Bankers Leasing because I could not believe they would refer us to someone else. Of course they had not. What Preferred Leasing does is search through UCC filings in your state to see what leasing companies had filed UCC forms against a piece of eqiupment you had leased. Then Preferred Leasing calls up and pretends to be the home company and your leasing company is just an underwriter for them. What a croc! I got into it with this Jeff guy on the phone yesterday, he is a total slime ball loser. If anyone gets a phone call from these guys watch yourself. I would like to know if anyone uses these guys for leasing.

The fact is that it isn't even the fact that it is non stop telemarketing, it is the way he does business. It is going to be my main focus for a while to make his life a real treat for as long as I can now. His lying and twisting the truth really set me off.

It is funny you said that, as you posted it I was printing off a sheet from their web site that has their office locations. I am doing that to file complaints with the Attorney General in my state and the BBB's in each of their locations.
