Anyone have TanTrack software?

TanTrack is made by Nichesoft and I am curious to find out if anyone uses it. I took over a store with it but we are converting to SunLync.
I think that TanTrack has to be one of the crappiest pieces of software I have ever used (and I have used a lot - I came from Yahoo). Employees can't clock in, you can't categorize your lotions or any products, and the worse thing about it is I can't convert my current database to SunLync because it is encrypted and they refuse to provide a password for it. Basically they are telling me that I have to manually enter everything. What a crock of you know what.
So, does anyone have any feedback on TanTrack? I promised them that I would post my negative comments about their software and want to know if anyone has any advice/comments about it.

We use TanTrack. For us, TanTrack is a simple program to use (after years at AOL, I understand the importance of this feature in software when dealing with other people), easy to train/teach to employees, you CAN categorize lotions and we've had no technical problems with the software. Sure, it has some improvements that need to be made, i.e., your suggestion for an employee time clock feature, etc. (they take suggestions by email)...however, with the package they have on the market, its a solid performer for the price. Our thoughts.

BTW, the new version of TanTrack has an employee time clock.

Yeah but I won't be keeping it. Worthless to me. Security doesn't even work properly. Blah.
