Just a wandering query? What exactly does it mean when someone says they will pay cash? What is it about that phrase that is supposed to entice us to sell? Does it mean they aren't paying with chickens or goats? Pay me with a cashiers or certified cheque, approved credit card, cheque from a finance company or cash, who cares as long as I get paid. It reminds me of the times that I was selling my sports cars, "$5000.00 eh? How much if I give you cash?" Hmmm. let me think about that one, cash eh? $5000! Does the word cash mean the price is automatically supposed to drop? My mind is wandering tonight and I'm just following it.

Well if somebody takes credit cards there is a percentage taking out of there profit, so if someone pays with a credit card and its over 3,500 I make them pay the extra percentage to make up for it. But to me cash is just nice because you know its not going to bounce unlike some checks.
