room for nails renting contract?

im in the process of renting a room in my salon for a nails person. can anyone send me some sample agreement/contracts they've used for such a situation? thanks

What state are you in? Certain states are only allow to booth rent to nail tech. I'm in PA & we are not allow to booth rent.
