sectioned rooms?

Hi all, I am wanting to section off a 10/10 area in my salon, but do not want the mess of putting up drywall to make the rooms. I have seen offices in the past that "buy" the rooms.. they are not all the way to the ceiling. they even have doors... anyone know where I can get these from? I want to room in the area for private facials.
Hope this post was understandable... not sure what the rooms or walls are called. I have just seen them in offices.. but when I ask them where they were purchased, know one knows.
