I have 7 15 min 232gsf as my level 1 beds and 3 erg 300 as my level 2 beds and the 232's seem to hit the clients hard, the 300's are more browning beds and are good for clients that burn easily, I think you get a better tan from the 300 and I use it over the 232, but I prefer the 600 because it is the best bed made.

I am not real familiar with all the specs on the 232. But I do have 4 of the 300's (just installed 2 weeks ago). I have them as my Level 2 beds. My base bed is a 100watt 32 lamp bed. The 300 warrants an upgrade for several reasons: 41 Lamps total - Including 3 400w adjustable facials. The body of the bed has Reflective lamps that give 30-40% more tanning over a non-reflective lamp. The contoured acrylic can help alleviate some pressure points. We charge $3 -$4 more per session with the 300. The only bad thing I can say about this bed, is that it is a bit on the narrow side.

Not just a bit on the narrow side but a bit hot too. The 300 and the 32 are two differnt tanning machines. The 32 being a stimulating and the 300 a browning. Great results if you alternate between the two for those who just will not upgrade. $3.00 for the 32`s n/facials and $5.00 for the 300 w/facials. I have the 600 and the orbit 2. Orbit blows the 600 away.

Frankie,
$3 for a 232 visit? I wouldn't let them tan in my dumpster for $3. I charge $7 for the 232 w/facials. I charge $5 for 424 (24 lamp) w/o facials. If you are buying a 232 or 300 for a base bed, keep it simple and buy the 232 w/o facials. The 232 is a workhorse and requires little maintenance. Regarding the Ergo 300, are you aware that you must buy a buck booster to boost the current for each bed? If I remember correctly the 300 needs to be running a 230v. This will add several $100 to the cost of each bed. Even more reason to buy a 232. |

Well sorry I don`t have any dumpster so I guess I will continue to let them tan for $3.00 with a membership. I don`t have any 24 lamp beds in any of my salons. I dumped them years ago. What are you walk in prices for these beds?? What is your monthly charge for these beds that you are charging $5.00 and 7.00 for?? I charge $29.95 a month and my bed charges are 3.00, 5.00 8.00, 10.00. 14.00, and 20.00. Non member prices are higher. Maybe I am in the wrong town??
