FLORIDA SALONS: HELP!!! IM OPENING NEW BIZ IN FLORIDA... NEED INFO

Need as much help as possible . I am opening a business in florida. I will be bringing 2 units into a gym with a percentage arrangement with the gym owner.
Can anyone tell me what ALL the requirements are?

If you find out who regulates tanning salons in Florida, they'll have all the info. It's probably the State Dept. of Health. Call them and they can steer you in the right direction.

You can log on to Myflorida.com Click on Business licenses and permits...same again, then go to health related Bus permits. Find Tanning salons.
They list all the requirements, fees etc.

Who assumes the liability you or the gym? Whose licence covers the tanning? Are you responsible for the buildout and electrical? Don't get ripped off by the gym owner.
