Sunease Scheduling Tips??

Anyone using Sunease that has any tips on scheduling? We just started using the program and the scheduling is very confusing. We went back to using a spreadsheet to do the scheduling.
Any help would be great.

I use Sunease, but I don't take appts. so I don't use that feature. I will look at it and see if I can help you. Have you called them for support. They have always been very helpful to me in the past.

No, I haven't called them. I seem to be able to make the appts. I just don't like the way they look or that it is easy to schedule to people in the same bed at the same time.

What do you use for appts Mitzi.

We don't take appts. at all. It is first come first served. This has been a great route for us. No phone calls scheduling, canceling, changing.... I could actually cut out one employee by changing to no appts.

Plus you don't have to worry about no shows and miss out on someone actually using the bed.

I have 13 units. I don't know if this would work if you only have maybe 1/2 that many units.

I have 4 base and 1 upgrade. People seem to like making appts. Some make them for the entire week at one time. They want to know when they get here that they can tan. During peak we are booked solid for upto 2 weeks in advance.
Wish I could afford to expand!!!

Keep on keeping those beds full and you will expand. I went from 5 beds to 13 in less than 2 years. Gonna payoff the loans this spring. Then of course I will most likely go in debt again to upgrade equipement
