If you are tanning outside make sure you wear your SPF.
Smartest thing to do is go to a tanning salon where the staff is well trained. They can help you get a great tan and direct you on the exposure times. |

Adam......
where are you from? You can not go to a salon to tan indoors yet with out your parents permission....you are too young... I believe 18 is the age in most states to tan indoors. SPF. is sun protection factor adam... or better known as Sun block cream... You can buy one at the supermarket. Get one that is about a 15 in strength...... Begin very slowly to tan Adam... 5 minutes on each side ( using your SPF) and bulid up your time exposure in one minute at a time. a good tan takes time to aquire..... You don't ever want to get pink Adam Chicks are grossed out over pink bodies on guyz........... .... Good luck with da tan......... when you turn 18 visit a salon and learn the facts about ultra-violet you'll be suprised how many lies people have been spreading about the light... remember you are buliding up your tolerance to UV.....
you will be able to spend the entire day in the sun after you aquire your beautiful brown colour... Just remember even if you have a beautiful brown glow..you will still apply your SPF every 60 to 80 minutes through-out your day in the sun... Even though you are tan....you still can burn...keep the SPF on and apply right after swimming......... Good luck Adam.. Look your best...feel great........... C |

just increase your exposure outdoors at a minute or two each day Adam...this way you will be on the road to a nice tan..
Anytime you are out in the sun for any length of time...... use an SPF to protect you from sun burn.... Even when you have a nice deep tan on your skin use an SPF out doors if you are going to be out there ...even people with deep tans can get a burn.... You never want to burn.............. C |
