Topic ratings....

If you could revise or change the topic ratings, what would you do?

Currently they don't do much. A topic has 1-10 stars, which doesn't tell us much. The idea for them was to rate really good, industry worthy topics a higher rating, but not every topic even gets rated.

ideas?
