Rep Power: 7 njchica is on a distinguished road
I tanned yesterday in the "Big Red" bed... I usually ask to use a different bed that is supposedly the same b/c in my head I think I get darker in that one. Anyway, yesterday someone was in it and I hate to wait, so I broke down and used the Big Red.

I got in, popped on my new goggles, and saw that 5 out of the 10 face tanning lamps were BURNED OUT! Now, I've been in beds with 1 or 2 burned out and not cared, but 1/2?!?!?!

After tanning I found the manager and let her know. I didn't make a scene, I wasn't really even mad... I just figured that they probably didn't even know. The girl immediately put the $12 back into my account. I told her that I didn't want it back, I didn't care, I just wanted her to know... but she immediately gave me a refund.

I guess we shall see if they fixed the lamps... I'll have to follow up just b/c I'm curious.

You didn't get what you paid for , they were right to refund your money.

That bed is no better them most beds, the max dose allowed buy law is 4 med, that bed dosen't give you any more,, save your money tan a cheaper priced booth or bed.
The extra facial lamps just make using it with burnt out lamps a common thing.
Save your hard earned cash.
Booths tan best and are the most comfortable and are more hygienic.

more lamps = more chance of them being burned out.
