The idea of having dogs that have been rescued in our booth was the brainchild of salon owner, Linda Bober.
We have had exotic animals in our booth the last three shows, and Linda suggested we do something to highlight the amazing work the dog rescues are doing. We've all heard of the grayhound rescues, but lots of dogs are abandoned and mistreated every day. These volunteers take the dogs into their homes and bring them back to health and find good homes for them. Come by and meet the amazing dogs and their saviors! YOU get to name the puppy when she become yours! Remember donations are tax deductible and wouldn't it be great if you WON a trip for two to Tan-cun???? Seriously, there are a lot of bulldogs and pugs that need to be rescued. The breed is often inbred and the dogs need a lot of medical help and new owners didn't bargain for the vet bills! Brenda |

Well, I will be donating, but I can't take in any more animals. My husband's friend bought a Yellow Lab which is 8 mos. old now and when they moved they couldn't keep him. Guess where he is now? In my bed!
Russ fussed about my little tiny kitty cat being in the bed but lets this Horse sleep with us! I will post some pics one day of Champ. I will bring at least 100.00 for you Brenda. And if I should win a jack pot while there, I will donate more! |

The jackpot you may win may be the trip to Tancun for two! Who will you take? Another way to increase your chances on the Tancun trip--attend my gory eye seminar on Wednesday at 11:30 am in Studio 9. If I should win, I will take the horse (Champ) LOL j/k I will take my hubby if he wants to go, if not, I will take Pam,which is my stepdaughter and partner in the biz.
I would like to take some of our Mods here, but I know Pam would really get po'd if I left her out. teehee |
