My BigDog order came!!!

I was simple to order!!!
If I can navigate the site, anyone can. I don't like to use my CC online, so this was sent COD.
But from what I understand, you can set it up off line with Sam James..(CC)
This I like!!
I will try that next time.

So you ordered and got your order sent to you quick? That's great! What did you think about the pricing?

The Discounts was the same with a few of the products. But a larger Discount I normally get for JA.. And the Caltan special 9/3 free + a my normal discount!!!
I just love the convience of ordering when ever I want.
I often times forget to place an order before I go home. Not a problem. anymore!!

I got my first BigDog order today also. When placing an order you get notified by email as you package moves through the system. At the end you get emailed with a link to track the UPS package, which items were out of stock if any, number of packages. Everything you would want to know is done electronically.

If an item was out of stock when your order was processed you will be notified of that when the order ships plus BigDog will email you once the product is back in stock!

Way too easy! No guessing.

I will be adding soon a way for BigDog members to rate their service. That will give feedback to all of us and let BigDog know if there are any problems to be concerned with.

I ordered the lotion On the April 5th,and I am from Michigan.

I recieved an order comfirmation email from bigdog in seconds..
The next day another email that the order has been recieved.
And soon after a email that it was shipped.
I have recieved another email that my second order was shipped today.
This makes life much easier for me....

Yep I got mine also. Let's see, I ordered late Monday night, recieved this morning (Wed.) in Tenn.

I had already been useing Sam's TSS online ordering before Big D was ready.

I too like the convience of ordering when I get the time instead of trying to call during reg. business hours.

I got my order yesterday also. System works good and I ordered from home compter. I think it is going to be a big help. We are too busy to order during the day.

Good point! Big Dog is open 24 - 7!!!! I have noticed that a lot of the ordering is done later at night!
