Hay Top250, I would also be interested in hearing more about the ThumbPrint Identification. Please let us know more.We also use a sign in sheet and let each customer know every time what is left on their package along with verifying their address and phone.

I have the thumbprint and it's ok sometimes a problem with file clerks ect. (no print) and some people say thats like giving you my social security # even though you try to explain that it has no identifing marks so I do it only on packages and if you want to buy sessions not nessessary. But yes some people don't like it, and they have to not push to hard or too light or too high up ect sometimes a pain but they can't say they were not here

oh also you have to have the person up on your screen then verify it's them when you put in the sales code that requires the print so you still have to ask their name if you don't remember ande it doesn't check them in and keep them in order if you have a wait like a sign in sheet
