the book is of studies done all over the world in clinics and schools of medicine and hospitals as well as universities, on the positive effects of uv exposure.
What i was really suprised at was the major cities in canada including mine were involved in one of the most important studies. that study shows that because we live in a climate with little natural sun for the most of the year {not a tropical location},
that we have very high death rates from internal cancers related to lack of sun exposure.
The next book is Sunbathing Today by Friedrich Wolff , this is by Wolff yes the tanning lamp Wolff, he discovered the threshold values of various photobiological effects. he also has a book out "energy and life" the results of scientif inquires in elemntry physics, evolution, energic life processes as welll as cancer rearch.
the first book the symposium is very informative and the studies done are eye openers....its all positive toward tanning!
