Thread rating feature

This was a part of the forums a long time ago. I was thinking of bringing it back except with a rating from 1 to 10 stars (or suns). The ratings would show up beside the link to the thread and would be user based.

I was also thinking that it should take 3 votes before the rating appears, that way someone can't just vote for the thread once and then everyone will think its good or bad. Also you would be able to rate a thread only once and you would have to be logged in to do so.

What do you think?

This was an easy addition. It may be tweaked up in the future.

Do you like that it takes 3 votes for a rating to show up? Should this be more or less?
