Rep Power: 8 Bronze Star will become famous soon enough
The First Annual Nashville Tantalk dinner was a resounding success. Over 30 participants attended. A select staff in a private room specifically reserved for our group graciously attended us. The coordinator and manager of the Santa Fe, Jenny was a gracious and wonderful host. While members of our serving party left something to be desired… to say the least… the atmosphere was not diminished. The menu was a Tex/Mex fare and there was not one complaint about the quality or quantity of food. We were broken up into smaller groups but some of us table hopped (okay, mostly Solid, Soakin’ and myself…). The conversation was lively and engaging!

At one table was Becky, husband Drew, daughter Amy along with Forever Tan ( Allison) and husband (what was his name??)... joined them was Phiper (Jon, Viper on suntanning.com) and his beautiful wife (name?) and a Soakin’ Up The Rays client… local salon owner Snuffy and wife.

At our table was myself, Tantalize (Melissa) and friend Ruble… buntanner (Mitzi) and her partner/daughter-in-law Pam, Tracie Williams and hunky Jamacia Jim.

We had three booths as well with Greg from Soakin’, Tonya Crick and a Soakin’ Up The Rays client Pat and hubby. Another booth had solid (whom we called “solid” all night), Bober96 (Linda), Bob from stc and Suntanning.com owner/sysop Lonn Dugan. One final booth contained three lovely attendees that I met at the Soakin’ booth and invited to dinner.

We were graced with a brief appearance from Michael Chunn, John Cole and Andy Thompson as well. There was never a dull moment!! I think the funniest moment was when I tried to introduce solid to chunn… yeah, okay, so I worked a lot and was VERY tired.

This was such a smashing success that we’ve been extended an invitation to return next year. So, the plan will probably be to call the even “The Annual Tantalk/STC Nashville Dinner.” There is truly no sense in segregation since this event eliminated any petty rivalry lines.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who attended. Those who did not make it… you were missed but even more so, you missed a great event. You are all invited to attend “The Second Annual Tantalk/STC Nashville Dinner”.

Yes, let's make this an annual event! Maybe next year we can use some inexpensive nametags?

It was great to puts names with faces.

I'm not going next year I had a terrible time.. just kidding, I had a great time, the company was great, the service did leave a lot ot be desired but the food was great, I had becky, drew and amy in my car and they tried to pay me for driving them, seriously it was my pleasure.. I'll even drive ya again next year if you want.

I actually met Micheal Chunn, John Cole, and Solid at the Solar soft booth before hand, but not before i put my foot in my mouth.. I had traveled over to the Soakin booth the meet Laurie and Greg, and Laurie told me where Solid was so I strolled all the way across the floor to the Solar Soft booth where I was greeted by this guy who said can I help you, and i said no I'm here to see David (solid) and he looked at my tag and said I know you, It was Michael Chunn, so Chunn sorry for the diss.

I was amazed at how many people picked me out on the trade floor and said I know you your Forever Tan, I can do without the couple that told me I pictured you older and fat. Was that a compliment? what am I missin?

All and all I really enjoyed meeting everyone.

Thanks for a great time..
