Hi,
How do upgrades work? Is it for tanners on EFTs or memberships?

You should have up grades for every one.

What is your current pricing structure like? Generally, customers that have access to a certain level of equipment can upgrade a single session for a one-time fee. For example, let's say you have a customer that has a level 3 membership/EFT/package, and they want to use a level 4. Charge them $X for that single session. You may want to offer certain customers free upgrades every now and again to entice them to upgrade their membership/EFT/package.

Upgrade refers to use of any equipment that is above your lowest level of equipment. How do you upgrade? There are a great many ways to sell an up grade. By the session, by the month, by EFT membership, short term promotional up grades, the methods are endless. When a salon is properly structured and marketed, 80% of your tanning income will come from upgrade sales.
