Need help with Sportarredo N'Joy.

My bed just quit working in the middle of a tanning session. We have replaced all fuses, had an electrician take a look ( no help, did nothing and just said "I don't know anything about it") Replaced the display panel at $800 and still nothing. Anyone know of a technician to call that knows something about this bed? I am in Iowa.

If the display lights up but the bed doesnt turn on,try this: There is a relay that goes bad sometimes. It looks like a semi-transparent baby blue cube. There is one on the primary circuit board in the artillery box that has the meter on it. If that goes bad, the bed won't turn on.

Re: Need help with Sportarredo N'Joy.

..The bed quit working in the middle of a tanning session. Display panel was dark. I had my brother in law look at it, who used to have a tanning salon and was in town. He talked to Matt, the one who put our beds together. Told to check fuses, and noticed where two fuses where they were supposed to be were missing and screws had been set in place of the fuses. Also, a wire lead had gotten so hot the insulation had been burnt off. We replaced all the fuses in the bed. Then thought it was probably the display panel, so replaced it too. Still nothing.. Display panel will still not light. Not a problem with the Tmax timer either. Have had 2 electricians in, but they don't know anything about tanning beds. When we manually press the button on the switch in the bottom of the bed, the bed lamps come on, but not display panel. What can I do now?
