Operating system kicked the bucket

I just bought the salon 5 months ago and the operating system is taking its finale walk to the end. So I question i am faced with is, which one to go with (Sunlink, Helios, Suntouch, or some thing else). I need some thing user friendly and some thing i can access from home (because I am Active duty military and have some one running my salon) also I need to do eft's (which i am behind the power curve on). Feed back is well needed.

Nichesoft Tan Track system pretty simple and user friendly. They have Mercury as the partner to do the EFT.

Stay away from tan track. They are only after your money and if you got a problem buddy you have a problem.

Re: Operating system kicked the bucket

I've been using Tantrack for 10 years, and have never had a problem that their tech support didn't fix. I paid $700 for the program and dongle and have never paid another dime for anything, other than an annual fee for a service contract, if you choose. The only problem with Tantrack, is they don't update their software regularly. Because of this I saw no reason to renew the annual service contract. I like Tantrack.

I highly recommend SunLync! Great customer service if you have a problem, easy to manage with your daily reports/sales linked to all salons and people are all linked together. I highly recommend SunLync!
