Salon Size - tanTALK

I've come across a place that has the following dimensions seen in the image drawing. Would this be suitable to for a salon considering I won’t be requiring an office, child care, bathroom or storage room.
The height for both levels is more than 2 meter.

Make sure the mezzanine can not look down on the lower floor, most of the time, a mezzanine will be a balcony or have office windows looking down.

This assumes the lower floors will have an open ceiling as most modern salons do.

Why would you not be supplying a bathroom?

Majority of the buildings offer a central toilet in the lobby area.

I know this is not in the US, but this may be a move you will regret.

If people have to go to the bathroom while in your salon, you will find trash cans in the rooms, or behind beds being used as urinals....bad idea IMO...this would not fly here.

They did that at my old salon and I had 3 bathrooms! lol
