Rep Power: 0  | New to the tanning biz-need advice! Hello fellow posters!! New to the tanning business and forum as well. CUrrently have 2 (soon to open a 3rd) tanning salon in SMall towns in southeast GA. We have hit a BIG dead season spot and was needing advice on how to keep a steady income and draw out of season tanners in- nothing ever lasts in our small towns and we have done REALLy well..hopin g we will be able to stay open and around until tanning season comes open again..any suggestions are welcome!! |

Rep Power: 25  | Re: New to the tanning biz-need advice! Did you open them both this year - is this your first slow season or is it just slower than usual? July 4th is typically when the busy spigot 'shuts off' and it WILL be slow. However, certainly some promotions you can attempt. What sort of pricing/equipment do you have now? Also -- search on "JASON" or "slow season" and you'll find more threads while you're reading. |
