Problem with lamps

I am new to the tanning business. I just bought a brand new Prosun Onyx. The day after I started using it in the salon it made a pop noise, several canopy lamps went out and it had a burning smell. The company has not returned my call yet so I thought I would get some input on here ???

Re: Problem with lamps

You have some burnt wiring in the canopy most likely.

What would cause that in a brand new bed?
