Rep Power: 0 | buying a salon looking to buy a tanning salon that has been in business for 11 yrs. and I'm only buying there assets including contracts. what can i expect when buying a contract? do i prorate the coast verse the term? any other help you can give would be so helpful. one love, Tim |

Rep Power: 14 | Re: buying a salon unless the contract states it is transferable, you will have to sign them up again anyways. Especially if you are not buying that location. The contract is for the business in which it was sign up for. Not another one. Plus you cant force people to go to another salon to fulfill their contracts. |
