Some input on insurance - tanTALK

Do I need any type of policy to go MOBILE? Or have each person sign a waiver.

I am not a risk taker and recently checked with a Nationwide Insurance Rep who said they would broker out the policy and it would cost around $600-but suggested I shop around. I think it is risky to do it without insurance but I am sure it will take a toll on your bottom line....

Insurtechnic.com & Safeco also offer tanning insurance. I agree with lcunningham50, risky to do without insurance for sure! I would also have them sign a waiver even with insurance.

@natalieellen what does your waiver say ( if you don't mind sharing) and do you have parents sign a waiver for ages under 18 or 16?

Lillytantini I'll copy it & sent it in a pm & yes if they are under 18 a parent signature is required :-)
