20 years ago, that was totally feasible. Bed prices, build out etc have gone through the roof. That was back when tanning was bring in tons of money too!

Wink Re: Financing a tanning salon, how can this be done?

Sounds like a nice salon for 45k..but WHY the sale?

be truthful here...biz slow, overhead high, lack of interest, in over your head?

You can't be pregnant with a name like 'Frank' (so many sellers seem to sell because: they are pregnant, sick relative, spouse took out of town job, spend more time with family etc)..never hear the truth.

Over 92% Sellers sell for reasons other than the truth..more embellishment than honesty...not saying this all applies to you...just curious why the sale.

Sometimes the facts can prevent disaster..

What is the most ridiculous reason you have heard for a sale?

Hope they can get the 45k.

Wow..the most riduculous??? ' a family member is dying and needs a lifesaving operation. I need the cash to help them, so need to sell quickly'
