Sounds like a nice salon for 45k..but WHY the sale? be truthful here...biz slow, overhead high, lack of interest, in over your head? You can't be pregnant with a name like 'Frank' (so many sellers seem to sell because: they are pregnant, sick relative, spouse took out of town job, spend more time with family etc)..never hear the truth. Over 92% Sellers sell for reasons other than the truth..more embellishment than honesty...not saying this all applies to you...just curious why the sale. Sometimes the facts can prevent disaster.. |
