Whats the bed line up ? rent ? utilities ? Insurance ? Cost of lamp changes ? Money spent on advertizing yearly ? Labor ? I've got 27 units, See well over 300 people a day in season. Whats mine worth ? |

Is the building included in the sale? that makes a HUGE difference on if its worth it. making $3k a day is great...it also matters on your overhead. are the beds paid for? how old are they? etc You asked us for opinions then get mad when we ask you for more information. |

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Buying a new salon. have questions. In todays economy..take the 220K, invest in rental property...with forclosures a high rate, prices/rates at its lowest, some great opportunity. In 10 years, recoup more than what a tanning salon will give you. For that money, I could buy about 6 good properties.. INVEST don't REGRESS! |
