I get the economy white towels from Future. They bleach well, and wash well, and last. When they get old, they then become cleaning towels.

Wash cloths I usually hit Marshall's or TJMaxx you can usually get 6-8 for $3.99 too, nice quality and colors. Those seem to hold up best for us we stock about 5 in each room always.
