Rep Power: 22 | Re: what should i offer? I am not sure you can net 50% of the gross as an absentee owner. Do you have a breakdown on the expenses? I would bet the true net is around 75K. Offer 150K and see what happens. |

Re: what should i offer? I would agree with robert k. Get a look at her last 2 years taxes. I bet the numbers don't look like they sound. Does the person own the bulding and not claming it on the net sheet. If she wont give you taxes something is wrong. Get what you can and take it to an accountant to see if he can find anything that doesn't look legit if you can't | |
