Rep Power: 30 | Re: Tax or Nontaxable Yes and you owe it on all UV services from July 1st through September 30th. It has to be paid by October 1st. If you didn't collect the 10% from your customers you have to pay it. |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Tax or Nontaxable I actually have to pay (and charge) the state tax to my customers. Our tax rate for my specific county is 9.3%. Add that to the 10% federal tan tax for a whopping 19.3% that I get to collect from every customer that makes any type of UV purchase. I do know that some states that have a tax do not have to tax the tanning. It depends on the state and how it is written. |
