Question spectrometer reading?

Hello all, I am new to the tanning business and need to check my bulbs. I have a Solarmeter model 5.0 total uv(a+b) specrometer and need to find out where to find the proper readings my beds should be putting out. My CosmoLux VLR 100w are reading aprox 15 and the 140 w are aprox 25 , the bronzing bs 71-t12-160w are putting out about a 28 to 30 and my velocity wolff model vel 71-t12-100w are reading between 9 and 13. How can I check these to see if they are good? All these readings are aprox 6 min in after turning the beds on.
