not big enough.

what is your budget? Do you have enough saved away for slow season since you will be opening then?

Def read tons...most of your questions can be answered there. Before you start worrying about lotions and where to order you need a business plan.

8X8 will be more than what you need for some rooms, but not big enough for others - don't build or make a plan before you have more info!

Dimensions of the space are critical. 20' wide works well. Less than that starts to get complicated. More than that (until you get to 40') can mean wasted space. Maximizing every square inch you can is important. 1300 s.f. is on the smaller size so your equipment mix has to be just right so you can make the profits you need to justify the rent, payroll, etc...

Find out what the current electrical and HVAC are. You'll want to know how many amps of electrical service (e.g. 200Amp, 400Amp,...) and whether it is 3 phase or single phase. Also - how many tons of HVAC. In all likelihood you will have 200A single phase and 4 tons of HVAC - both of which will be too low and you will need to upgrade.

I've notice by 1 get 1 or buy 1 get 2 sales with Ergoline and Soltron...How do I orderder my lotions. I've heard nightmares about distributors, should I order direct? I'd love to get advice from those of you who have gone through this yourselves instead of reading a tutorial. Thank you!
Heartland is also offering a special for buying the new HP Sky and getting a 32 lamp Santa Barbara Free.
