Def read tons...most of your questions can be answered there. Before you start worrying about lotions and where to order you need a business plan. |

Dimensions of the space are critical. 20' wide works well. Less than that starts to get complicated. More than that (until you get to 40') can mean wasted space. Maximizing every square inch you can is important. 1300 s.f. is on the smaller size so your equipment mix has to be just right so you can make the profits you need to justify the rent, payroll, etc... Find out what the current electrical and HVAC are. You'll want to know how many amps of electrical service (e.g. 200Amp, 400Amp,...) and whether it is 3 phase or single phase. Also - how many tons of HVAC. In all likelihood you will have 200A single phase and 4 tons of HVAC - both of which will be too low and you will need to upgrade. | |
