Hey, it's me again. i'm dealing with this company and they said they will give me a POS system (computer, printer, etc.) and the software (helios), but i hate having to pay monthly. well SOMEONE told me to cancel the membership and i still get to use it. Is that correct?

u can cancel helios and still use the software...problem is you dont get any updates or help from tech support. so if u have no concern with that yes you can cancell

the giving of POS system is very strange...scam alert!

well, it wouldn't be a scam if i'm buying directly from ETS, right
i'm buying 6beds from them.

Yeah, sounds like a good deal if it's coming from ETS. From what a lot of Helios clients say- you could come on here and get the answers you need before you will be able to get the tech support to return your call.
