Thankyou for all your suggestions. I have atually been able to pm the photographer on facebook and he is going to contact istock where i found the image that I wanted to use and he is trying to get around this issue of copyrights for us. But if this doesn't work out for us we will try the places you have all suggested.

Devoted Creations has a link dedicated to images for use in ads, etc.
