Rep Power: 0  | advice on buying would like some advice,salon for sale has 2400 sq ft with 17 tan amercia beds all around 2000 year made,beds are model vip3200. the salon has been in court for almost 2 years in good lacation with 2 oter salons in 10 mile radius, hollywood tan and sun tan city.records show when open had recipts of203,295 and was up and running for over 5 years does this look like a good buy for 30,000 |
