Rep Power: 0 | I am opening a new salon in 2 months, and it seems I have yet to decide on one of the most important parts... price. I cant decide if I should sell minute packages only, with bed upgrades or monthly packages. Do you find there is more repeat business with packages or eft? Does anyone use EFT and has it been a help? Any suggestions? |

Rep Power: 0 | Really? EFT is the best thing I have ever done for our business....how you price it depends on your market..we are a 18.88 salon. I would research pricing and if you do not have to go to rock bottom prices....then I would wait...but if your market is close and you can be the leader with the low EFT pricing the go for it! I switched our pricing this year from sessions to EFT's and Upgrade packages and we are up over 50% year to year.... I am very happy with our numebrs this year...and finally for the first time, I am looking forward to off season and I think we will retain a bunch of members...and have a better 3rd and 4th quarter! |

Rep Power: 20 | I just opened a new salon and decided to have minutes instead of sessions. But I also have EFTs. My level 1 EFT is $24.99. And I created something new. I have a $9.99 addon for family members. That is working great as well. |

Rep Power: 0 | J&M...I do not get into personal information, only ideas and learning. We have upgrade packages...or a "bank" of money they have on their account and they can tan on any level. When someone says minutes , I have heard some actually count the minutes..if someone is in for a 15 minute session and they get out at 8 minutes, then they only used 8 minutes and that is all that is deducted...(if that is how you will do it, I would think that would be a nightmare).... |
