WOULD Be and Having Financing secured are 2 entirely different issues -- have you done any research on how often lenders actually pony up for start up tanning salons? Are you willing to pay 11% + interest on such a loan? When you SECURE funding -- then come back -- we'll talk location and bed mix -- unitl then -- you are just spinning your wheels and smoking a crack pipe dream.

Why would someone with a half million dollars invest it in a tanning salon. With leverage, one can open a hotel with that kind of cash.

Unless you have proper funding I would not do it. I'm not sure from your reply by stating your money would be coming from investors and loans if that is proper funding or not? Are you yourself properly funded to do this?

okjust in time to help this young woman. first thing first don open a tanning salon. #2 really dont open a tanning salon. #3 ok to open , what you call a high end tanning salon you need $270.000 for beds and build out. and thats only 8 beds. so with a loan , rent ,ui ,payroll, now you need working cap 6,000 per month for 9 months is $54,000 . loan 324,000.00 . so monthly bills around 15,000.00 do you still want to do this . DONT DOOOOO IT
