pay attention,,,1,139 sq. ft., 10 Tons AC, with all you mentioned,,,,,,,,and yes, Clients Love It! Actually running at a 43% Monthly Growth rate for the last 5-6 months. Lovin It!!!!!!!! bla, bla, bla, bla,,,,,,59 posts in here already, i think the originator left us already, LOL Like I said, it's all about negotiating and getting what you need for the best price. I guess if you use the same GC to do all your work, he's going to give you a great deal huh. or how about you negotiated the LL to put in all of the AC that you need as part of your lease, did you also get him to upgrade you from 200 to 600 Amps, and split the cost with him as part of the lease, did you get the best deal you could on the beds, did you pay your insurance up front for 2 years and get a 40 % Discount, and on and on and on. Obviously not............ | |

I have two locations and I am currently negotiating a lease for a third location (i would like some help from you guys as to if you think its a good move or not. I was so happy to find this site. I read a lot of the threads before registering. I thought a lot of the info was great and I could get some great insight from other owners. Well, lucky me, this is the first thing I opened once signing in. I think you guys have frightened me.... if we are all salon owners and we are here to help eachother, why are you all slammin each other? Ouch! Take it easy guys... Maybe that newbie guy is in a very very small no stop light town where the rent is like $600 a month or something crazy like that. I am chimming in because I want to come to you, the pro's for your assistance, ideas, suggestions and so on... But I am now wondering if I can saftly ask without a di*k showing contest, ya know, mines bigger and better than yours? Can a girl get some advise around here without being torn apart? |
