Lotion Sales % - tanTALK

Hey guys-

What should my percentage of lotion sales be in comparison to my overall revenue? I've heard 15-20%. Is that accurate? Thanks for the help!

Wouldn't it be really nice to have 40%? **** ebay, wallyworld....cheap azz peeps.

My average is around 25%, but don't have exact numbers with me.

I look at several numbers. Everything matters.

Lotion as a % of total sales.

LPPA: lotion dollars per session average (monthly).

LCA: lotion dollars per active client average (monthly).

PPA: total dollars per session average (monthly).

many other matrix....

I do as well. But I also know that I have to break every little thing down to see where the strong or weak link is.

I used to hit 35-38% a few years ago. Those days are over for me. Now I would be really happy with 30%.

Average Lotion Sales

30% would be a dream, don't think I've every hit that, and it's getting worse. :(
