FYI, update - tanTALK

Finally there is a light at the end of the tunnel! My plans are now mechanical drawings and will be submitted to the city at the end of the week! My building is almost at completion (new contruction) I should receive my keys to my vanilla shelled space by the end of November. I just sent off my deposit to Eurowalls, I am working on my building sign with the sign company. I have a phone number, utilities acct (not active yet), insurance to be in effect on the day I recieve my keys. I have ordered my concrete stain and bug sprayer. Contractor and architect are amazing, I might be in love with them both :). Let's see I started this last December and I should be open by the 1st of the year. Good lord, I can't wait!! See you in Nashville!
