If the lamps in both beds are new there is no way, no matter the skin type, that the ultrasun will out-tan the dr. muller. The futuresun is one hot tan so they may prefer the solar because it cooler, or because its cheaper, but not because it tans better. If it's tanning better than you need to re-check the voltage to the bed. Meter the two and you'll see there's no comparison. Last edited by excusemesir; 07-10-2009 at 08:06 AM. |

Since Ultrasun and Dr. Muller are now basically siblings they'll surely share a lot of the same features. You are the only one who posted a comparison. I don't own a FutureSun but I've tanned in one. They are flat-out beast and only full HP like a Magic/Matrix/MasterSun/Open 1050 give better colour. The solarwind on the other hand is an okay level 2 bed. Your's was the only post to compare the two. If anyone else had I would of challenged them too. And by the way, you're welcome on the education (it's a joke, lighten up). That's why we're all here. I'm an owner, you're an owner, we're on the same side. If I post something misleading (which would be unintentional) I'd expect someone to correct me too. Don't take it personal, take it professionally. |

Re: Anybody using UltraSun equipment? Ultrasun is great. You can't go wrong with them. If you need tec assistance, Jim Peak (tanning supplies unlimited) 1-877-307-8434. His advice and tech help is worth more than any bed out there. He really knows his stuff and really cares that you get your bed fixed correctly | |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Anybody using UltraSun equipment? We currently have all ultrasun equipment, I love it!! They tan like crazy, our customers favorite is the Solarwind 6000, we have had issues with starters in the powertowers stand ups but other than that they have been great. I definately don't think they are overpriced, ergoline is overpriced and it seems to run into more problems than the ultrasun beds. I was considering the HP 25000. What does everyone think about it? |

Regarding tanning beds - I am in the process of determining which line to go with - and would like feedback. From what I have read, (please correct me if I am wrong) - both Dr. Mullers and UltraSun are winners. Does anyone have any reason why not to go with one of these lines, or what other line might be better? Also...they both show their brand new beds, and their 'older' lines - which I have seen many great comments on also. Feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks! |

My top recommendation would be to buy gently used beds as there are lots on the market. You can set yourself up with a top notch salon for about 40-60 percent what buying new would cost. In this economy that's going to be very important. |
