Rep Power: 20 | I believe self-service tanning is popular in Europe. I am not so sure it would catch on here due to safety and health reasons. There is enough regulation as it is to protect the client, so letting them tan on a do-it-yourself basis would not be very smart. Insurance would skyrocket. Just too risky. |
