I don't totally understand if I have to buy a computer and a separate money for the cash. Can someone help

Not too sure what you mean, but if you use a salon management program, it can be hooked up to an electronic cash drawer through a receipt printer.

If you have Helios, do you have to buy their $595 cash register?? And why would I if I can just buy the $99 Sam's Club special

Checkout EBAY, they have cash registers and cash drawers there all the time. Save yourself some money.
