Rep Power: 0  | It has come to my attention that I am being defamed on this forum and other areas of this industry. Even though it is not the first time I’ve had to deal with petty, mean-spirited, small minds that relish spreading rumors, this time I feel I must respond. First and foremost, Sun Fabrications is still in business, and I am still working as hard as ever. We have however reduced our staff for the summer months. This should come as no surprise to those of you who have been in this industry a while. If and when I am ready to close up shop, everyone will know about it before hand and be able to reach me. There won’t be any “midnight run”. To those of you who are gleefully telling people I’m a "liar and a crook", please also tell everyone how much free equipment and labor you or your friends have received from me whenever I have had a problem. Please name one other manufacturer or distributor who would go to such lengths to satisfy a customer—not just in this industry but any industry. Not to mention the free labor and expertise I have been providing to all my customers—including the malicious ones who are now slandering me. To “Ultratan”: please call or email me who you are and the names of the salon owners you allege I’ve “stiffed”. Why do I have a feeling I won’t hear from you? As a small businessman, I expect to have difficulties. Some difficulties have been due to problems with suppliers, some due to unscrupulous competitors and some, regrettably, were of my own making. I admit that when I started producing my own bed, I underestimated how difficult it would be from a business standpoint. I also expect there will be some customers that even Jesus himself couldn’t please. But I defy anyone to show you a better tanning bed than mine. I challenge anyone to show he knows more about tanning beds than I do. I dare anyone to prove he works harder than I do. And even if it sometimes takes me longer than I would like, I always keep my word. I have worked extraordinarily hard in this industry for 16 years, and for everyone that has a bone to pick with me, I’d wager there are a thousand who will sing my praises. I went far above and beyond the call of duty when I worked for Tan America and am trying to do the same for Sun Fabrications. I have always put my customers first. Unfortunately, my family can vouch for that. As hard as I’ve worked, I should be relaxing on a beach in Santorini right now, drinking a beer and watching my kids play in the water. But because I was always looking out for my customers instead of my profit margin, I am sitting here defending myself against defamatory remarks. I guess I worked hard not smart. Again, Sun Fabrications is still in business. We sell the best 20, 15 and 12-minute beds in the world. I have not done business with you but I do know someone that I have great respect for and believe is a great person. This person says you are one of the best. Rep Power: 0 | Nor have I ever done business with Pano. But what I have heard and read the man is sincere and takes to heart what he loves best...this industry. I have learned a long time ago, that people who are quick to condem, ridicule or slander another are usually jealous. Best of Luck, Pano..and keep working hard. It will pay off! |

Rep Power: 0 | I am interested as well as I have been to his shop, tried his beds and was planning to use them for the base beds- so far there is "ultratan" and "snkssd" that are apparently not happy- to be credible (and assist others in making their business decisions- not just bashing) you would tell a true story, not just reference that you saw some T-shirts... I am pretty sure I saw some t-shirts in Vegas that said "Hot Stuff" on an ugly chick- don't believe everything I read, and you? If you have been wronged- tell the story... |

I understand we can get upset with service from time to time but to come on and say someone is a crook and out of business is some pretty strong language. I hope you have a lot of proof to back it up...we do not let this kind of activity happen on this site...I would like to hear proof or this thread is going bye, bye. |
