Rep Power: 28 | We use Helios.....I haven't had any problems with it, but it really depends on what your preference is....I think most of the companies will send you a demo CD if you ask for it. We tried several and found that Helios fit our needs. Good luck! |

Rep Power: 51 | I'm testing out all the demos right now. I like that SolarTrack keeps track of everything from who brought who, how much lotion they use, how often....but it's fr om the UK and there were some things I didn't quite understand and didn't actually get to put somebody in a bed on the demo. Couldn't figure that out. Not good. SunLync's demo is only screenshots. TanTrack crashed my computer but apparently it was because I have spyware. I like it but due to not being installed properly I can't put somebody in a bed with that one either. Salon Xpert has an online demo but I saw in a magazine ad they said they weren't accepting any new clients because they are so busy. But they do have a lite version which doesn't need to be online like the regular version. It's a pain deciding because I don't want to get one and wished I got the other. But one will cost $3500 and one is $750. What am I getting or losing between the too. Feh! _________________ Ban stupid people...not dogs.[ This Message was edited by: SandiGirl on 2005-06-20 10:59 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | I looked at all of them and TanTrack's NicheSoft was the easiest to pick up. I am not an expert in all the systems to tell you which is the best in terms of features. However, if I have a minimum wage employee with very little computer experience, I would say TanTrack would be the very easiest to learn. The rest look the same, but differentiate based upon features. Everyone seems to be locked on Helios and SunLync. If we don't do TanTrack, we'll likely move over to SunLync (1st choice) or Helios (2nd). |
