Employees Tanning for Free - tanTALK

I realize it is quite customery to allow employees to tan for free. Do they just tan for free on the base beds, or do you allow them to tan free on your highest level beds too?

Let them tan. What does it really cost you and the percieved value to them can be considered part of their salary. The problem I have is when they tan during busy times and people are waiting while an employee is tanning. Decide when they can tan before hand. After closing, during slow times of the day etc.. I even let them tan while at work of course they have to clock out as long as we are not busy and the manager agrees and everything is done.

they tan in any bed for FREE and lotion is free also.

I let them tan for free in our base beds and charge them my cost for lotion and for any bed I am still leasing. (Ex. my stand up lease is so much/minute and that is what I charge them to tan)

Free tanning in any bed. $5.00 spray tan .

I'm considering extending the benefit to one family member of employees.
