Rep Power: 0 | How many of you use the sample packette as a coupon for money off when they buy the full size lotion? If the packette is $6.00, do you discount $6.00 - or do you just discount a set price such as $3.00 no matter how much the packette cost? |

Rep Power: 0 | We take the cost of the packette of the price of the bottle, we tell our customers if they like the pack to please bring it back to us and we will credit that to the bottle. Doent always work but most think of how much they are saving not how much they are going to be spending. |

Rep Power: 21 | We discounted the bottle the packet price until our employees told the people to buy the packet first so they could the savings when the person would have bought the bottle that day, we also had clients pick up the bottle and the packet at the same time so they were basically getting the packet for free. That offer was a sales tool to convince a client to purchase the bottle if they liked the packet but the offer should be made only after they purchased the packet or upon their next visit. |
