ETS produces low-end and mid-range tanning equipment. Their beds are very successful in certain markets, and in fact ETS is the second largest manufacturer of indoor tanning equipment. In 2003 ETS introduced a line of high pressure equipment, which I understand are very good. Dr Muller has been around a long time, they have a line of beds from low to high-end. They are well known through USA and a bit pricey because of the EURO. You really can't go wrong with either company, they provide excellent support, and each has its attractors. I wou

ETS is one of the BETTER companies out there now. Do not cut yourself short in thinking otherwise. Anything they offer in there commercial line-up (32lamps and higher) is equally as competitive in performance and style with any over(priced)seas bed. The residential side, Sunvisions, are a completely different operated company. They diversified to be stronger.

Having newer management in place over the last 3 years has turned the image around. Look at their Solarforce bed. 48lamps with true 160 ballast, all the refinement of euro beds and half the price. The Sunscape at a true 200w driven bed has yet to find its euro match; both in style, performance and low price.

Let us not forget they now have complete control of one of the best imported HP bed, own the biggest lotion company as well as the best industry fed software program. These folks know how to do it.

The perfect set-up:
ETS/ Future/AUVL

3 Solaris 442 OR 3 Sunsectors
2 StarPowers 2 Elixer 40-3
1 SunScape 1 SunGate
1 Velocity 1 FutureSun
_________________Both GREAT lineups, but ETS would cost much less to purchase

I have all ETS equipment and besides for fan issues, I havent had any problems witht the beds. Its all 2003 models. I did take out the velocity bulbs and I put in Summer Suns, which have been great and give great color! I guess it depends on the equipment in your area.

Besides fan issues? Cooling is the #1 KILLER of all tanning beds. SO you are saying that besides the problems with cheap *** cooling fans in your 2 year old beds they are good?

I have 5 year old sunsource beds that can be run into the GROUND, have ZERO fan issues (engfact they continue to spin for over a minute after they lose power which is FANTASTIC) AND they are in the $5K range, WELL in everyone's price range.

AND I still have the original acryllics in them.

The BIGGEST issue you will read about on THIS board is COOLING ISSUES and ACRYLLIC ISSUES. With all the options available to choose from, why settle?

Ets does not have good support in my opinion, Try purchasing a tmax manager from them , then call them for support! You wont get it. I bought a superbed in 2001, and in 2004 I could not get acrylics from them. If thats good support I would hate to see bad support. I did buy a used sundome and really like it. But I hope nothing breaks on it. We will be phasing all ets products out of our salon as we buy new from another mfg.

ETS does not give you support on T-Max managers. No dist out there does. ADI does they make the T-max managers. So that is why you will not get support on a T-Max manager from them or anyone else except ADI. ADI is great when it comes to support so if you have a problem you should contact them and they are also on the boards here.
